BrightPath Agent Hub Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 1, 2026

BrightPath Ventures (“BrightPath,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides BrightPath Agent Hub, a workflow and recordkeeping app for independent agents and small agencies.

This Privacy Policy explains how BrightPath Agent Hub handles information.

1. Local-First Design

BrightPath Agent Hub stores the information you enter locally on your device. The app does not require an account and does not operate a BrightPath cloud database.

Information you may choose to store includes:

  • Prospect and contact details

  • Company, phone, and email information

  • Appointments and tasks

  • Reminders and next actions

  • Promises and commitments

  • Referral sources

  • Pipeline stages

  • Won and lost outcomes

  • Notes and related workflow information

  • Your BrightPath business profile

BrightPath does not automatically receive this information.

2. How Information Is Used

Information entered in the app is used on your device to provide features such as:

  • Displaying your dashboard and pipeline

  • Organizing contact records

  • Scheduling appointments and reminders

  • Tracking tasks, promises, referrals, and outcomes

  • Creating exports you request

  • Generating user-requested workflow briefings on supported devices

BrightPath Agent Hub is workflow software. It does not use your information to provide automated insurance, investment, financial, legal, tax, or medical recommendations.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

BrightPath Agent Hub does not include advertising, tracking, third-party analytics, or behavioral profiling.

The app does not automatically collect or transmit:

  • Contact or prospect records

  • Precise location

  • Photos or media

  • Browsing activity

  • Advertising identifiers

  • Biometric information

  • Usage analytics

  • Diagnostic information

  • Financial account information

  • Health information

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Face ID

If you enable Face ID protection, authentication is performed by Apple’s operating system.

BrightPath Agent Hub receives only the result of the authentication attempt. We do not receive, access, or store your face scan or other biometric information.

You can disable Face ID protection in the app’s Settings.

5. Notifications and Reminders

When you enable reminders, BrightPath Agent Hub requests permission to send notifications. Reminder content is scheduled locally through Apple’s notification system.

You can change notification permissions at any time in your device’s Settings.

6. Apple Intelligence

On compatible devices, you may explicitly request a Private Briefing or other supported workflow assistance.

These features use Apple’s on-device Foundation Models framework. The selected local workflow context is processed on your device and is not sent to a BrightPath server or third-party AI provider.

Generated content is identified as generated, limited to administrative workflow assistance, and presented for your review. It does not automatically modify your records without a separate user action.

Availability depends on your device, iOS version, language, region, and Apple Intelligence settings.

7. Purchases and Subscriptions

BrightPath Agent Hub Pro purchases are processed through Apple’s StoreKit system.

Apple processes payment information and maintains the transaction record under Apple’s own privacy practices. BrightPath Agent Hub receives subscription status information needed to determine whether Pro features are available. We do not receive your complete payment card or banking information.

Subscriptions can be managed through your Apple Account settings.

8. Data Export and Sharing

You can export contacts as CSV or export a complete BrightPath suite file.

Exports are created only when you request them. You decide where to send or save an export using Apple’s share sheet or document interface.

Once information is shared with another app, service, person, or storage provider, that recipient’s privacy practices apply. Review exported files before sharing because they may contain personal or confidential business information.

9. Phone and Email Actions

If you choose to call or email a contact from BrightPath Agent Hub, the app passes the selected phone number or email address to the appropriate system app.

Your use of telephone, email, and carrier services is governed by those providers’ privacy practices.

10. Support Communications

If you contact us for support, we may receive the information you voluntarily provide, such as:

  • Your name and email address

  • The contents of your message

  • Device model, iOS version, and app version

  • Screenshots or attachments you choose to send

Support information is used only to respond to your request, troubleshoot problems, protect the app, and comply with legal obligations.

Please do not send confidential client records, Social Security numbers, health information, financial account details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

11. Website Information

Our website provider may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as an IP address, browser type, request time, and security logs.

BrightPath does not combine website information with locally stored BrightPath Agent Hub records for advertising or tracking.

12. Third Parties

BrightPath Agent Hub relies on Apple system services for app distribution, purchases, notifications, biometric authentication, device backups, and supported on-device intelligence features.

We do not share app records with advertising networks, data brokers, analytics companies, or third-party AI providers.

When a third party processes information on our behalf, we require it to protect that information consistently with this policy and applicable requirements.

13. Data Retention and Deletion

App records remain on your device until you delete them, erase the app’s data, or uninstall the app.

You can remove individual records or use the available data-removal controls in BrightPath Agent Hub. Deleting the app removes its locally stored data from the device, subject to copies that may remain in backups controlled by you or Apple.

Support communications are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer requests, maintain support history, protect our rights, and meet legal obligations.

To request deletion of information you previously sent to BrightPath through support, contact us using the email address below.

14. Security

BrightPath Agent Hub uses Apple platform security features and offers optional Face ID protection. However, no device, storage system, or electronic communication method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for protecting your device, passcode, exported files, backups, and any information you share outside the app.

15. Children’s Privacy

BrightPath Agent Hub is a business productivity app and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

If you believe a child has provided information to us through support, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, applicable requirements, or our practices change.

The revised policy will be posted with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated when required.
