How We Use Information

Operate app features such as dashboards, budgets, action steps, account snapshots, reports, and learning tools.

Where Information Is Stored

Some information may be stored locally on your device so the app can remember your profile, budget, account snapshots, reports, learning progress, and settings. If you submit a consultation request or use a feature that sends information outside your device, that information may be transmitted to BrightPath or our service providers so we can process the request.

Third-Party Services

We may use trusted service providers to operate app features, including cloud hosting, secure request submission, email delivery, market data, analytics, crash reporting, or account-linking services if those features are enabled. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us and are expected to protect information consistent with this policy.

Financial Data and Account Access

Financial Clarity AI is designed for education, organization, and planning support. Manual account snapshots should not include passwords or login credentials. If live account-linking features are enabled in the future, those connections may be handled by a third-party account-linking provider, and additional disclosures may apply.

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use your information for third-party advertising tracking.
We do not ask you to store bank usernames or passwords in manual account notes.

Data Retention

Information stored locally in the app remains on your device until you edit it, delete it, reset app data, or remove the app. Information submitted to BrightPath, such as consultation requests or support messages, may be retained as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

Your Choices and Deletion Requests

You may update or remove information you entered in the app where those controls are available. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you submitted to us by contacting: pedro.ignacio@brightpathventuresgroup.com.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
