ClientRecap Terms of Use

These terms govern use of ClientRecap, provided by Pedro Ignacio. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.
## Professional responsibility
ClientRecap is a documentation and educational-recap aid. It does not provide legal, tax, financial, investment, insurance, medical, diagnostic, treatment, medication, emergency, or other professional advice. Users remain responsible for consent, accuracy, licensing, disclosures, suitability, professional judgment, and compliance.
AI-generated and transcribed content may be incomplete or incorrect. Users must review every recap and verify important names, numbers, products, commitments, medications, dosages, instructions, and other material information before relying on or sharing it.
## Recording and imported content
You may record only when legally permitted and after obtaining all required participant and organizational consent. You may import only content you own or are authorized to use. You retain responsibility for your content and must not use ClientRecap to violate privacy, intellectual-property, employment, professional, or other rights.
## Subscriptions
ClientRecap Pro is offered as monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Features available under Pro are described in the app at the time of purchase.
Pro features may depend on compatible hardware, permissions, an Apple Account, iCloud availability, or a paired Apple Watch. Private CloudKit backup is available only for eligible nonmedical data sets. Medical information remains local-only, and changing the selected role does not remove that restriction.
PDFs, follow-up drafts, reminders, marker timestamps, custom fields, workflow packs, and activity history are productivity aids. Users must review generated material and remain responsible for disclosures, due dates, recipient selection, imported branding, and anything they export or share. Activity history documents actions taken inside the app but is not a certified legal, compliance, or medical audit record.
## Healthcare use
ClientRecap is not an electronic health record or emergency system. Clinician documentation drafts are supplemental, require verification, and must enter any official record only through an organization-approved workflow. ClientRecap must not be used to diagnose, triage, prescribe, or replace clinical judgment.
## Availability and changes
On-device transcription and Apple Intelligence depend on compatible hardware, software, language, permissions, and Apple service availability. We may improve or change the app while maintaining required purchase access under applicable law and App Store rules.
## Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClientRecap is provided without guarantees that transcripts, recaps, or imported materials are complete or error-free. Pedro Ignacio is not responsible for professional decisions, unauthorized recording or sharing, or user-provided content. Jurisdictions that do not permit particular limitations may provide additional rights.
