BrightPath Home Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 4, 2026
BrightPath Home is provided by BrightPath Ventures Group. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
Information you provide
Depending on the features you use, information may include:
Account and contact details, such as your name and email address.
Household information you choose to share.
Review requests, appointment details, messages and shared recaps.
Contact permissions and communication preferences.
Please do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information through messages.
How information is used
Information is used to provide app features, authenticate accounts, maintain client and staff workspaces, coordinate requested services, and protect against unauthorized access.
Some features store information on your device. Connected features send information to BrightPath’s hosted services.
Access and service providers
Shared information is available to authorized users according to their account permissions and household or organization access.
BrightPath uses service providers, including Supabase for connected authentication and database services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users and the service.
Your choices
You choose what information to submit and whether to grant available contact permissions. Permission to use an in-app workflow does not automatically authorize unrelated marketing calls or emails.
You can sign out of connected features and contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Resetting a local workspace or uninstalling the app does not necessarily delete information stored on BrightPath’s servers.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained as needed to provide services and meet applicable legal, security and recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request deletion. Some information may need to be retained where legally required or necessary to resolve disputes.
Security
BrightPath uses authentication and access controls to protect connected information. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
BrightPath Home is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us.
Changes
We may update this policy as the app or its services change. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
