How do I restore my ClientPath Pro purchase?

Open ClientPath Workspace, select Settings, and then select Restore Purchase. You must be signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.

Is ClientPath Pro a subscription?

No. ClientPath Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that permanently unlocks Pro features for the Apple Account used to purchase it.

Where is my information stored?

ClientPath stores information locally by default. Optional private iCloud synchronization may be enabled through the app and is governed by the user’s Apple and iCloud settings.

How do I export or delete my information?

Open Settings, select Sync, Export, and Delete Data, and choose the appropriate option. Exported files should be stored and shared securely.

Why is Apple Intelligence unavailable?

Apple Intelligence features require supported Apple hardware, a compatible operating system, and Apple Intelligence to be enabled. Availability may depend on device, language, and region. ClientPath’s rule-based matching remains available without Apple Intelligence.

Does ClientPath supply or recommend financial or insurance products?

No. ClientPath does not supply, endorse, verify, sell, or approve products. Product information and matching rules are entered or imported by the user. All information and possible matches must be independently reviewed for accuracy, eligibility, licensing, suitability, approvals, and required disclosures.

I found inaccurate product information. What should I do?

Edit or deactivate the product in your catalog and verify the information against the provider’s current official materials. Apple Intelligence-generated drafts must always be reviewed before being saved or presented.
