Need help with ClientRecap, Pro subscriptions, Apple Watch recording, backup and restore, or your recaps?

Quick Help

• Restore Pro: Sign in with the same Apple Account, open ClientRecap Settings, select your plan, and tap Restore Purchases.

• Apple Watch: Keep the Watch paired with your iPhone. Completed recordings transfer to ClientRecap after recording stops.

• Backup: Private iCloud backup is available for eligible nonmedical data. Medical information remains local and encrypted.

• Recording: Always obtain all legally required participant and organizational consent.

• Data deletion: Delete individual recordings and recaps inside ClientRecap. Removing the app also removes local app data unless an eligible backup exists.
