BrightPath Ventures Group offers individually requested appointment and customer-service follow-ups. This low-volume program does not use purchased lists, cold outreach, lending offers or promotional campaigns. Each business message requires Pedro's approval of the exact recipient and content on his enrolled phone. That approval never replaces the recipient's permission.

Optional, specific permission

You may separately request a text during a business interaction. We record when and how you requested it and the permitted purpose. General contact permission is not SMS permission. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or service; phone and email alternatives remain available. We do not send unsolicited texts asking you to opt in.

Our verbal permission request is: “May BrightPath Ventures Group text this number with the appointment or service details you requested? Message frequency varies with your requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Terms and privacy: SMS terms and privacy.”

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact pedro.ignacio@brightpathventuresgroup.com / +1 951-574-3132. Twilio may automatically send its standard STOP, HELP and START keyword confirmations. These are the only automatic text replies authorized for this pilot. START does not clear BrightPath's own recipient block or authorize a business message; renewed explicit permission and owner review are required.

SMS privacy

We use your mobile number, permission evidence, message content and delivery/status records only for the requested communications, security and compliance. Twilio and carriers process the information necessary to deliver messages. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. This program does not use advertising or tracking.

Message and attempt records are encrypted and retained for up to 365 days. Minimal hashed suppression records may remain to honor opt-outs. Contact pedro.ignacio@brightpathventuresgroup.com for privacy or deletion requests. Deletion does not automatically remove a suppression needed to prevent unwanted contact.
